Day 51 (February 11, 2009) 

Trimmed metal at side of firewall area and made template for firewall. 2 hours

Day 52 (February 12, 2009) 

Moved sheet metal down into lower barn and cut out firewall. 45 minutes

Day 53 (February 13, 2009) 

Firewall was bent and welded into place with Bernie's help. 3 hours

Day 54 (February 14, 2009) 

Fabricated and installed 8 pieces at base of firewall and in the foot well area. 7 hours

 Day 55 (February 15, 2009)

Fabricated main section of the transmission cross member. Sean cut 1/8" plate for section over rear of trans, Bernie prepped the 2"x2" pieces. Pulled engine and trans. Jason picked up the car and took it to his garage. 4 hours (183)
